Driver – Fleet Operation Support

Job Type: Contract/Temp

Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month

Job Scope:
 

To assist in the operational aspects of the vehicle leasing/ rental services and fleet management to ensure best possible value added services to customers and provide proper evaluation and feedback on vehicle maintenance items to assist in company’s cost control.

• On 24/7 standby (weekly rotation) to attend leased vehicles breakdown/ accident. Advise customers on accident processes, e-file accident reporting etc.
• Constantly update operational issue to Team Leader.
• Regularly inspect fleet vehicles to ensure vehicles cleanliness & road worthy
• Daily liaise with workshops advisor on all mechanical & accident repair status including documents on repairs quotations & raising of PO (Purchase Order) etc.
• Liaise with respective dealers & sales team on taking delivery of a new vehicle. Understand new vehicle functions, warranty period, service schedule, etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably having some relevant work experience in automotive / vehicle leasing industry
• Preferably having some front-line experience of handling customers.
• Preferably with good & clean driving history
• Able or experience in handling high-end vehicles
• Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required.
• Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
• Able to multi-task
• Able to perform OT on weekends and public holidays
