Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 per month
Job Description:
- Carry out general repair tasks such as painting, wall patching, and maintenance or replacement of electrical switches, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform basic plumbing and sanitary maintenance, including clearing minor blockages in toilets, basins, and floor traps, as well as repairing or replacing sanitary fittings.
- Conduct monthly cleaning of air-conditioning filters.
- Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs of air-conditioning units and kitchen appliances.
- Handle breakdowns, scheduled servicing, repairs, and urgent maintenance requests across multiple company locations.
- Maintain records and provide reports on all faults, malfunctions, and any unusual incidents.
- Support relocation activities involving furniture and equipment whenever required.
- Execute responsibilities independently and efficiently
- A valid Class 3 driving license is required
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Able to lift heavy stock and safely climb ladders or scaffolding as required. The role may also involve working in confined spaces or at heights
- This position requires working across different settings, indoors and outdoors, with possible exposure to dust and typical warehouse environments.
- The position may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays to address emergencies or perform scheduled maintenance
