We are private company based in Singapore and seeking a personal driver to chauffer the company’s directors and to dispatch documents as required. The role is based in Singapore, and the employee is expected to commute into Singapore from Johor Bahur or other locations close to Singapore daily. Working hours at 10am to 4pm daily, with flexibility for over-time. Job Responsibilities: 

• Safely transport directors and passengers to and from specified

locations in a comfortable and efficient manner.

• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle ensuring it is fuelled,

clean, serviced, and ready for daily use. This includes conducting a thorough cleaning of the company vehicle, both inside and out, at least once a week.

• Turn off the car engine and air-conditioning system when the

CEO/passenger is not inside the car to conserve energy.

• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and personal

belongings.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all

times.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Keep an accurate record of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance

activities.

• Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the CEO and

passengers.

• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Chauffeur company director, staff and business associates to and from

office and any location as required

• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Ensure passengers’ safety as top priority
• Assist to run errands which include collection/delivery of

documents/cheques, purchase food and beverages and any other ad hoc errands

• Ensure cleanliness (include car washing), hygiene and maintenance of

the car at all times.

• Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly
• Schedule vehicle servicing as and when required
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements / Additional Information

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary

School/SPM/O”Level, any field.

• >5 years’ experience in related field with clean driving records is

required for this position.

• Able to communicate in simple English.
• Possess valid “Class D” driver’s license, clean traffic record and

good driving skills.

• Familiar with WAZE/and google map application
• Candidate should be honest, punctual, and professional with good

interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period is an

added advantage.
