Driver & Assistant

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform picking, packing, sorting, and labelling of goods
• Prepare for delivery and shipment of goods
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to our customers in a timely manner
• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they are accurate and in good condition
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Perform cycle count and physical inventory check
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Support general warehouse operations
• Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Educational background and working experience in Warehouse/Logistics, Printing, or related field is preferred
• Prior working experience as a delivery driver with warehousing and/or logistics knowledge
• Candidate must possess a Class 3/3A driving license with a good driving record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and regulations
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate standard office applications is strongly preferred.
• Good team player with a pleasant personality
• Meticulous with strong organization and multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong sense of responsibility to accomplish duties assigned
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Able to commit to 5.5-day work week (Weekdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays: 10.30am to 2.30pm)
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for this role, as it involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure effective coordination and documentation accuracy across the end-to-end process.
