Responsibilities

• Daily delivery of meals to designated locations of vending machines including off-site.
• Verify correct items are picked up and delivered. Ensure proper packaging of items.
• Plan delivery routes to minimize delays and fuel consumption.
• Adhere to Singapore traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of delivery vehicle. Report mechanical issues (if any).
• Provide customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License for driving cold truck and light goods vehicle.
• Familiar with Singapore roads for efficient navigation.
• Able to load and unload items and handle the physical demands of the job.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to start immediately.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Family Driver to join a private household in the Holland Village area. This is a long-term and trusted position within a warm and respectful family. The role involves more than just driving, you will also assist with errands, help care for the family’s pets, and ensure the household vehicles are well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive employer and family members to and from work, appointments, and events.
• Assist with marketing, grocery shopping, and other household errands.
• Walk and care for the family’s dogs in the nearby area.
• Wash and maintain the household vehicles.
• Ensure punctuality, safety, and comfort during all trips.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Must hold a valid Singapore driving license.
• Non-smoker and in good health.
• Patient, caring, well-mannered, and has a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with pets (not afraid of dogs).
• Experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Alphard, etc.) is preferred.
• Previous experience as a family or personal driver is an advantage.
• Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred, as the household communicates in both languages.
• Preferably owns personal transport as public transport is not available near the employer’s residence.

• Load, unload, sort and pack goods, ensuring safe handling and accuracy.
• Conduct delivery trips to assigned locations safely and on time, following routes and schedules.
• Check and verify delivery orders and goods during loading, unloading and handover.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic condition checks, reporting any defects promptly.
• Assist with basic delivery paperwork and record-keeping.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services for the Group Chairman for all official meetings, events, and personal appointments as required.
• Plan routes in advance, considering traffic conditions, roadworks, and timing constraints.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness (interior and exterior) and ensure that it is always in excellent working condition.
• Coordinate regular vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs, and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records.
• Assist with running errands, transport of documents, deliveries, or other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Chairman or Executive Office.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information or during conversations overheard in the course of duties.
• Monitor and manage daily schedules, adjusting driving plans as necessary due to changes or urgent requests.
• Provide courteous service, ensuring comfort, safety, and a seamless experience for the Chairman at all times

• At least 3 years’ experience of personal driver
• Experience driving luxury cars and MPV
• Possess own transportation such as bike as needs to report to the Chairman house which is not accessible by public transport

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services to management or client.
• Send, dispatch and collection of documents as per required in a timely manner.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in good working condition, including regular servicing and cleanliness.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Perform any other duties, including assist in general errands, as assigned
