• Adhere to schedule of delivery orders

• Coordinate with salesperson on customer’s order before delivery

• Proper loading / unloading of catering equipment into delivery vehicle

• Delivery and collection to island wide catering places

• Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirement

• Organize set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events etc.

• Inventory control for catering equipment used for upon collection of order

• Maintaining cleanliness and provide basic service for assigned delivery vehicle

• Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

📋 What You Will Do

• Operate prime movers to transport containers between PSA ports.
• Ensure containers are safely secured and documentation is accurate
• Carry out vehicle checks and safety inspections daily
• Work closely with traffic controllers to ensure smooth operations

• A valid Class 3/3A issued by Singapore Traffic Police
• At least 2 years’ experience as a personal driver
• Daily pickup car at Tanjong Pagar office, fetching director and family locates at Sentosa island.
• Requires to fetch director to JB custom sometime as other drivers will pick up at there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct driving tests for all classes of licenses.
• Administer oral and theory tests to candidates.
• Assess candidates’ driving skills and theoretical knowledge based on established guidelines.
• Provide clear feedback and coaching to candidates.
• Ensure all testing procedures are in full compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and candidate information.
• Support the enhancement and improvement of testing processes.

• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during testing sessions.
• Participate in regular training and professional development programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 (manual) license, Class 2A, 2B, 2 for at least 3 years or Class 4 or Class 5 license.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to strictly adhere to procedures.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to safety standards.
• Willing to undergo 1 month of full-time on-the-job training (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday).

• Responsible for attending to vehicle legislation/documentation (eg, renewal of road tax, sending vehicle for inspection) pertaining to vehicle including any traffic offences and/or accidents.
• Other driving-related ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.

• Load/unload goods, check stock freshness, and rotate products.
• Replenish shelves and ensure outlets are well stocked.

• Build good relationships with shop owners and update supervisor on sales and market feedback.
