What you’ll be doing

• Safely transporting client to their desired destinations in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle
• Adhering to traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client requests
• Assisting client with luggage and other personal items as needed
• Maintaining detailed trip logs and records
• Collaborating with the operations team to coordinate schedules and routes
• Each day, to pick up the car from company and park back at the end of the day (If reporting to work before 7.00AM or end work after 10PM, taxi claim reimbursable)

What we’re looking for

• A valid driving license with a clean record and at least 1 to 2 years of driving experience (personal driver/limo driver experience advantageous)
• Excellent knowledge of the local road network and navigation skills
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with client
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation
• Flexibility to work overtime if required (minimal OT)

Job Duties:

• Reporting to traffic control team
• Maintain radio communication always
• Timely arrival for delivery of import cargoes
• Timely arrival for collection of export cargoes
• To check and confirm the documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc

• Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
• Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident
• Check, tally and proper handling of cargoes
• Proper handling of company assets and equipment

• Adhere to safety requirements while on the job
• Any other duties as per assigned by superior.

Responsibilities:

• Chauffeuring company executives and staff according to the daily schedule provided
• Responsible for keeping vehicle clean and coordinating the maintenance and repair of the vehicle
• Stay up to date on all traffic laws
• The driver is required to collect the vehicle from the client’s office each day and return it at the end of the workday (Changi T2 Season Parking). The company vehicle cannot be taken home.
• If the driver is required to report before 0700 hrs or finishes work after 2200 hrs, the taxi fare may be claimed with receipts
  Note: If the driver uses their transport, no taxi allowance will be provided

• Responsible, proactive, and reliable with a strong sense of punctuality and commitment; a positive work attitude is essential.
• Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
