Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of goods to internal and external customers, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient routes.

• Maintain and update delivery schedules, ensuring products are delivered on time;

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, minimizing hazards and ensuring safe work environments.
• Adhere to safety procedures, equipment handling, and best practices.

• Transport Food & Beverages – Deliver catering orders safely and on time to various locations.
• Vehicle Maintenance – Keep the company vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition; report any issues.
• Load & Unload – Assist in loading and unloading food, equipment, and supplies carefully.
• Customer Service – Interact politely with clients during deliveries; handle any issues professionally.
• Route Planning – Plan efficient delivery routes to meet schedules and minimize delays.
• Safety Compliance – Follow traffic rules, food safety guidelines, and company policies during transportation.
• Documentation – Maintain delivery records, obtain signatures, and report completed deliveries.

• Provide safe, comfortable and reliable bus journeys to passengers.
• Ensure that bus route schedules are adhered to when possible.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, any field.
• Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4/4A or Class 5 Driving Licence with a minimum of one (1) year Class 3 driving experience.
• Able to perform shift work.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period would be advantageous.
