What you’ll be doing

• Safely operate a Diesel Van or Electric Van to deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner according to established routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including proof of Delivery
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with recipients
• Adhere to all relevant health, road safety and compliance regulations
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the logistics team

What we’re looking for

• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license with a clean driving record of at least 5 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar parcel delivery role
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle packages of various sizes and weights
• Familiarity with the local routes and strong navigational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

Job Responsibilities:

• Transport workers from the dormitory to the worksite.
• Send workers back to the dormitory after their shift.
• Provide transport for site personnel from the worksite to their homes.
• Assist in moving internal materials to support day or night shift operations.
• Be on standby at the site for emergency transport needs
• Support site personnel with canteen runs for meals, when required.

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• At least 1 year of driving experience preferred, ideally in a construction or industrial setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Wash and clean vehicles (interior and exterior) before delivery to customers.

• Manage fleet of vehicles, including coordination of vehicle movement, parking, and allocation for rental use.

• Assist in workshop operations, such as sending vehicles for inspection, servicing, and repair.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition, mileage, and servicing schedules.

• Support daily workshop activities and assist in ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company protocols.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.

• Prior experience in vehicle handling, cleaning, or workshop support will be an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and light maintenance work.

We are seeking a Delivery Driver cum Shop Assistant to join our team at ENG GUAN HARDWARE PTE LTD’. This is a full-time position based in Jurong West, West Region. As a Delivery Driver cum Shop Assistant you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers across the local area and assisting sales in the shops .
