  • DELIVERY DRIVER

    Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Delivery Operations:

    • Safely transport goods from the warehouse to designated destinations, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
    • Deliver products to multiple locations per trip, optimizing routes for efficiency and fuel savings.
    • Pick, pack, load, and unload goods onto pallets or into delivery vehicles with care.
    • Verify orders before leaving the warehouse to ensure accurate delivery to customers.
    • Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues encountered on the road.

    2. Safe Driving & Traffic Compliance:

    • Strictly adhere to traffic regulations and company driving policies.
    • Follow safe driving habits and defensive driving techniques to minimize the risk of accidents.
    • Utilize GPS navigation and knowledge of Singapore’s road network to find the best routes for timely deliveries.
    • Report any road incidents, accidents, or vehicle-related issues to management immediately.

    3. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:

    • Conduct daily vehicle checks before and after trips (e.g., tire pressure, brakes, oil, coolant, lights).
    • Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained for safe and smooth operations.
    • Report any mechanical issues promptly for servicing and repairs.

    4. Workplace Safety & Compliance:

    • Follow workplace safety standards and adhere to safe lifting techniques when handling goods.
    • Wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety boots and gloves when required.
    • Comply with company policies regarding cargo security, proper handling of perishable or fragile items , and proper stacking of goods to prevent damage.
    • Assist in other warehouse or logistics-related tasks when required by supervisors.

    Job Requirements:

    • Possess a valid Class 3/4 driving license with a clean driving record.
    • Familiarity with Singapore’s road network, expressways, and industrial estates .
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy goods as part of daily tasks.
    • Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation is advantageous.
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
    • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
  • VAN DRIVER


    Salary: $3,000 – $5,000 

    A van driver is responsible for transporting goods from a designated pick-up location to a drop-off location. The items transported are varied and can range from furniture and domestic appliances to documents, parcels and food. Often, the goods are collected from a manufacturer and delivered to a retail outlet or to individuals for private deliveries.

    Van driver duties and responsibilities:

    Candidates who enjoy driving for long hours are suited to this role. A van driver often spends long hours on the road, on their own, in the vehicle. Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of a van driver.

    • Collect goods from a manufacturer or warehouse
    • Plan the delivery route in the most efficient way
    • Load the vehicle in a way that ensures that the planned route matches the order of deliveries
    • Contact recipients of the delivery while en route to ensure their presence
    • Update the tracking system regularly so that customers know when their items will be delivered
    • Record daily, weekly and monthly mileage as well as fuel usage

    Job Description:

    • Pick up workers from dormitories and drop them off at various job sites on the scheduled time daily (To and Fro).
    • Assist in transport arrangements for workers: such as sending workers for Swab tests, training, medical check-up, thumbprint, etc.
    • Delivery and collection of materials from suppliers as and when needed.

      Verify order details and ensure all items are correctly packed and delivered as per customer requirements.

  • Company DRIVER

    Job Type: Full Time

    Salary: $2,800 – $3,600

    The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:

    1 The main task of the Driver is to drive the Company’s heavy vehicles to and from the different work sites as required by the work schedule. The heavy vehicles include lorry crane and tipper truck.

    The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually.

    The Driver must follow the schedule obtained from the Site/ Store Supervisors and Co-ordinator. The Driver must inform the parties involved if there are any clashes in schedule before proceeding.

    The Driver must inform the Site/ Store Supervisors and Co-ordinator as soon as possible if he is delayed in his schedule. This will enable them to plan their resources efficiently.

    2 Usage of Company vehicles

    The Driver is to switch off the ignition completely and remove the key when the vehicle is parked and not in use. The Driver must not leave the vehicle in idle mode while waiting.

    The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. If the Driver uses the cash cards for personal use ie lunch parking fee, the Driver must reimburse the Company.

    3 Safety

    The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

    If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

    The Driver must inform the Project Director immediately he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

    The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

    The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

    4 Servicing and Maintenance

    The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

    The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

    The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

    Requirements:

    • Class 4 Singapore Driving licence.

    • Willing and able to do a lot of night jobs or do night shift as well as day shift. Night shift could be for more than 3 months at a time depending on project.

    • Saturday is full day and able to work on Sundays when required.

    • 2-3 year experience driving tipper truck with good track record

  • Dispatch Driver

    Job Type: Full Time

    Salary: SGD /month

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver and collect documents, items, banking, post office etc. to and from several locations
    • Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency
    • Ensure that the car is always clean by washing both its inside and outside parts
    • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
    • Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s)

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving of goods from vendors and delivering goods to store outlets i.e. loading and unloading of goods
    • Check and confirm that the receipt and delivery of goods are accounted for and in good condition
    • Ensure timely collection & delivery of goods to customers
    • Perform delivery duties courteously and professionally
    • Sending down event items e.g. fixtures, booths and wagons for event set-up
    • Regular checks of delivery vehicles to ensure the assets are well-maintained and safe to use
    • Assist in tidying up the warehouse and storerooms
    • Basic administrative work and data entry
    • Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

    Requirements

    • Minimum “N” or “O” level certification
    • Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license and familiar with Singapore roads
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
