What you’ll be doing

1. Pick-up and drop-off guests as needed, ensuring timely and courteous service to their required destinations.
2. Employ safe, efficient and courteous driving techniques, prioritizing the safety of passengers and the vehicle at all times.
3. Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained and regularly serviced. This includes monitoring fuel usage, maintaining petrol cash cards and ensuring timely vehicle washing.
4. Maintain the vehicle to meet all safety standards and ensure it is in top condition for driving.
5. Ensure timely dispatch in coordination with the dispatch team.
6. And others ad-hoc duties

What we’re looking for

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Experience driver with at least 2-3 years of driving experience as Company driver or personal driver
3. Posess class 3 driving license
4. Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
5. Ability to operate a variety of vehicles especially high end cars

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Singapore Takada Industries Private Limited as an Admin cum Driver. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Western Islands West Region, providing administrative and driving support to the company. Your strong organizational skills and proficiency in various software tools will be key in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.

What you’ll be doing

1. Providing a wide range of administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management and other clerical duties
2. Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements and logistics for the maintenance team
3. Driving company vehicles to buy lunch, transport staff, clients and materials as required
4. Maintaining vehicle logs and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained
5. Supporting with ad-hoc projects and other duties as instructed by superior

Job Description

• To carry out lifting and other general works with the lorry crane
• Conduct daily inspection of vehicle
• Timely delivery and pick up of the assigned Delivery Orders / Collection Orders
• Contacts customers to confirm delivery details
• Determine placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during delivery and conducts safety reviews
• Followinf best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading and unloading (eg: gas cylinder)
