Job requirements

Operate and drive Class 4 vehicles (e.g., lorries, trucks) to transport goods to designated locations, including warehouses, clients, and other delivery points.

Ensure timely and safe delivery to customers with follow road safety rule & regulations.

Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods according to the daily schedule and planned routes.

Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.

Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse staff during collection and delivery.

Handle ad-hoc delivery and collection duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements

Must possess a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license.

A clean driving record is essential.

Previous experience as a Class 4 driver, preferably with experience driving 14ft or 24ft trucks or similar heavy vehicles.

Familiarity with Singapore roads and landmarks.

Must be able to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading goods.

Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a positive working attitude.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work overtime if required by operational needs.

Able to complete work independently.

Job Responsibilities
– Drive the assigned 10ft truck to pick up parcels, store and organise goods at required temperatures, and complete deliveries on schedule.
– Ensure goods are handled safely with correct quantity & quality control, minimising damage or loss.
– Independently load, unload, and deliver goods, ensuring accurate customer handover.
– Work with warehouse staff to maintain clean and orderly facilities.
– Perform daily vehicle checks & cleaning, reporting any faults or abnormalities promptly.
– Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety standards.
– Handle additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements
– Valid Class 3 Singapore Driving License with at least 1 year of driving experience.
– Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic rules; delivery experience is an advantage.
– Manual labour / loading & unloading; responsible and detail-oriented.
– Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Ensure all stock is accurately loaded and unloaded in a timely and hygienic manner.

Operations & Packing (6:30am – 11:30am)

Conduct quality checks for all fresh groceries received (fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood).

Ensure clean, accurate, and well-organised packing of customer orders.

Assist in daily stocktaking, inventory restocking, and ice pack preparation for next-day logistics.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards.

Deliver online orders directly to customers’ doorsteps.

Handle groceries carefully, ensuring freshness and proper presentation.

Collect and return reusable boxes in good condition.

Communicate clearly with the operations and customer service teams regarding delivery timing

Able to start work early (report by 4:00am)

Basic English literacy (able to read and follow delivery notes); Mandarin understanding an advantage

Must be able to lift heavy objects and must be able to carry up to 10kg of groceries

Class 3 manual driving licence with minimum 2 years’ experience

• Operate company refrigerated trucks for collection, sorting, temperature-controlled storage, and deliveries
• Ensure delivery accuracy, product condition, and punctual drop-off
• Independently manage loading and unloading tasks, including handover documentation
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report mechanical issues
• Assist with basic warehouse and facility upkeep when required
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols

Job Scopes:

What you’ll be doing

Safely operate a Diesel Van or Electric Van to deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses

Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner according to established routes and schedules

Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including proof of Delivery

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with recipients

Adhere to all relevant health, road safety and compliance regulations

Report any issues or discrepancies to the logistics team

Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license with a clean driving record of at least 5 years

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar parcel delivery role

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle packages of various sizes and weights

Familiarity with the local routes and strong navigational skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
