Job Type: Full time
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month
Vehicle Maintenance:
· To sign in log book on every shift.
· To check exterior of vehicle for any scratches or dents when handing over and taking over shifts.
· Ensure car camera in vehicle is functioning.
· Ensure interior and exterior of the vehicle is clean and free of dust and dirt daily.
· Ensure cash card and petrol is sufficient and topped-up periodically.
· To monitor and send vehicle for servicing when due.
· Check and ensure all vehicle functions (e.g. front & back head lights, retractable cover, windows, car boot, doors, tyres, etc) are in good working order.
· To check vehicle interior and to clear rubbish if any and ensure bottles of water are replenished after every trip.
General:
· Adhere to grooming standards at all times.
· Welcomes and greets guests (by name if known) always in a warm and friendly manner.
· Ensures daily smooth operation of driveway, hotel entrance and guest elevators.
· Ensures sufficient storage of guest luggage and deliveries in the appropriate storage areas.
· Ensures daily delivery of all guest newspapers while taking into account minimal wastage and cost control.
· Ensure that all arriving & departing guests are correctly addressed and made to feel welcomed / thanked for choosing Dao By Dorsett.
· Maintains neat, clean and tidy driveway, hotel entrance, elevators and also the luggage storage room.
· To be constantly updated on current events in Singapore.
· Ensures daily guest request is being met and follows-up on daily request and complaint.
· Promptly deliver and retrieve guest luggage, deliveries and messages.
· Maintains good relationship with all taxi, coach and travel companies.
· Any other duties as directed.
