Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,600 – $3,500 per month

Role Overview

  • Respond promptly and professionally to public inquiries via phone, emails and live chat.
  • Resolve issues efficiently, handling escalations with competence.
  • Support continuous improvement of Quality Management System through assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: GCE ‘A’ Level and above
  • Ideally 2 years of relevant experience; fresh candidates are welcome.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and speedy keyboard use.
  • Excellent customer service demeanor with good verbal and written English skills (and the language of the supported market).
