Role Overview
- Respond promptly and professionally to public inquiries via phone, emails and live chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently, handling escalations with competence.
- Support continuous improvement of Quality Management System through assigned duties.
Requirements
- Minimum education: GCE ‘A’ Level and above
- Ideally 2 years of relevant experience; fresh candidates are welcome.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and speedy keyboard use.
- Excellent customer service demeanor with good verbal and written English skills (and the language of the supported market).
