About the role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver. This full-time role is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parcels and packages to a variety of locations throughout the region.
What you’ll be doing
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport parcels and packages to customers
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle with care, ensuring packages are handled properly
- Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related inquiries or concerns
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries and any relevant documentation
- Comply with all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations
What we’re looking for
- Valid driver’s licence and experience operating a delivery vehicle
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Able to lift and manoeuvre packages of varying sizes and weights
- Knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions
