Delivery Supervisor

Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 per month

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee our delivery operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating daily logistics, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods, managing vehicle utilization, and providing leadership to our team of delivery drivers. As the central liaison between our delivery personnel, and customers, you will uphold service standards and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination: Plan and supervise daily delivery schedules, ensuring optimal route efficiency and adherence to delivery timelines.

Driver Management: Lead, mentor, and support delivery drivers, promoting adherence to company protocols, safety standards, and customer service excellence.

Issue Resolution: Monitor delivery progress, promptly address delays or customer complaints, and implement effective solutions to logistical challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.

In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s road networks and traffic regulations.
