Driver Assistant

Salary: $2,200 – $2,300 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Driver Assistant to support our delivery operations. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting the driver with deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and verifying items to ensure accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate is physically fit, has excellent organizational skills, and is committed to providing efficient and safe delivery services.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Accompany the driver on delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Help navigate routes and provide support during transit.
• Safely load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure items are securely packed and organized to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify delivered items against invoices or delivery orders to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the driver or supervisor.
• Assist with basic vehicle checks (e.g., ensuring the vehicle is clean and tidy).
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the driver or supervisor.
• Able to lift heavy items (up to 25kg)
