Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

We are in a dynamic phase looking for inspiring talents to join our team.
- Assist in general office operations (25%)
- Driving or assisting in the delivery of important documents to clients (75%)
- Attending on board ship vessel for delivery
- Monitor, updating and record keeping of vessel schedule and details
- Assist customers during document inspection process
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth delivery
- Perform detailed checking to ensure safe and accurate delivery of important and sensitive documents
Requirement:
- Proficient in accurate numerical calculations and basic mathematical skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- No experience is required. Training will be provided
- Reliable, responsible and positive attitude
- Be able to carry light-medium loads
- With valid Class 3 driving license & driving experience is required
- Education of candidate should possess at least “O” Level or higher
