RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport the employer and/or family members to appointments, meetings, social events, and other destinations.
• Plan routes in advance and adjust according to traffic and weather conditions.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings as needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and well-maintained, scheduling regular servicing and minor repairs as necessary.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide assistance with errands, such as picking up deliveries, groceries, or other personal tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
• Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze).

Salary: $2,700 – $3,500 per month

Key Responsibility :

• Provide professional chauffeur services for customers using GBCR’s Limousine Fleet, including Luxury Sedans, MPVs, 13-seater minibuses, and 23-seater buses.
• Safely and comfortably transport clients to their destinations according to the assigned schedules.
• Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle.
• Deliver courteous meet-and-greet services to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Stay informed and compliant with current traffic rules and regulations.
• Achieve a minimum of 180 transfer trips per month as part of performance requirements.

• Willing to perform OT when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive employer and family members to and from work, appointments, and events.
• Assist with marketing, grocery shopping, and other household errands.
• Walk and care for the family’s dogs in the nearby area.
• Wash and maintain the household vehicles.
• Ensure punctuality, safety, and comfort during all trips.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Must hold a valid Singapore driving license.
• Non-smoker and in good health.
• Patient, caring, well-mannered, and has a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with pets (not afraid of dogs).
• Experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Alphard, etc.) is preferred.
• Previous experience as a family or personal driver is an advantage.
• Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred, as the household communicates in both languages.
• Preferably owns personal transport as public transport is not available near the employer’s residence.
• Responsible and trustworthy, with a strong sense of duty and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform picking, packing, sorting, and labelling of goods
• Prepare for delivery and shipment of goods
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to our customers in a timely manner
• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they are accurate and in good condition

• Perform cycle count and physical inventory check

Requirements:

• Educational background and working experience in Warehouse/Logistics, Printing, or related field is preferred
• Prior working experience as a delivery driver with warehousing and/or logistics knowledge
• Candidate must possess a Class 3/3A driving license with a good driving record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and regulations
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate standard office applications is strongly preferred.
• Good team player with a pleasant personality
• Meticulous with strong organization and multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong sense of responsibility to accomplish duties assigned
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Able to commit to 5.5-day work week (Weekdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays: 10.30am to 2.30pm)
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for this role, as it involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure effective coordination and documentation accuracy across the end-to-end process.

• Handle twist-locks, chains, rods, and other securing equipment.
• Ensure all cargo is secured.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain equipment in good condition.
