– To transport the clients from point to point safely as scheduled by the transport office
– Upkeep the vehicle and report any malfunction to the office
– Submission of the ‘Vehicle Log Sheet’ every month for recording
– Daily collection of transport fees.
– Any other ad hoc duties

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries

• Maintain good condition and cleanliness of the company vehicle

Job Details:

• 6 days work week

• Can start load as early as 7AM

• End your day once all assigned deliveries are completed

• Island-wide delivery zones available — we aim to assign areas closer to your location where possible

We are in a dynamic phase looking for inspiring talents to join our team.

• Assist in general office operations (25%)
• Driving or assisting in the delivery of important documents to clients (75%)
• Attending on board ship vessel for delivery
• Monitor, updating and record keeping of vessel schedule and details
• Assist customers during document inspection process
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth delivery
• Perform detailed checking to ensure safe and accurate delivery of important and sensitive documents

Requirement:

• Proficient in accurate numerical calculations and basic mathematical skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
• No experience is required. Training will be provided
• Reliable, responsible and positive attitude
• Be able to carry light-medium loads
• With valid Class 3 driving license & driving experience is required
• Education of candidate should possess at least “O” Level or higher

Salary: $4,200 – $4,800 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the Senior Executive and guests to and from various locations including meetings, events, and personal appointments
• Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Plan routes and navigate traffic efficiently to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Assist the Senior Executive with entering and exiting the vehicle and carrying luggage or other items as needed.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle including tire pressure, oil, fuel, brakes, and other critical components.
• Keep detailed records of mileage, fuel purchases, and other expenses.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the Senior Executive during transport and at destinations.
• Stay informed about current traffic conditions, road closures, and construction areas to avoid delays.
• Adhere to all local and state driving laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of local and regional roadways and traffic patterns.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, comfortable to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese as most of the guest are from China.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading luggage and other items.
