    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Prepare and verify delivery documents and maintain accurate records
    • Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transit times
    • Coordinate and execute delivery as well as orders to customers, suppliers and vendors
    • Address any customer inquiries or issues related to logistics, providing solutions promptly
    • Follow proper protocols for handling and transporting fragile materials
    • Conduct regular checks to ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working condition
    • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards and legal requirements
    • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Company’s vehicle
    • Ensure safety of Company’s vehicle, property, documents, and items
    • Maintain a log of all deliveries and related information for reference and confirmation
    • Responsible for fueling Company’s vehicle and ensuring maintenance and servicing are done
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by Managing Director

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    ·        Prior experience as a delivery driver is a plus

    ·        Great time management and organization skills

    ·        Valid professional driver’s license for the required vehicle type

    ·        Good driving and navigational skills with no prior violations

    ·        Physical capability to handle and transport heavy cargo safely

    ·        Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Company Driver

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,270 – $2,320 per month

    What you’ll be doing

    • Safely transporting client to their desired destinations in a timely and professional manner
    • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle
    • Adhering to traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
    • Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client requests
    • Assisting client with luggage and other personal items as needed
    • Maintaining detailed trip logs and records
    • Collaborating with the operations team to coordinate schedules and routes
    • Each day, to pick up the car from company and park back at the end of the day (If reporting to work before 7.00AM or end work after 10PM, taxi claim reimbursable)

    What we’re looking for

    • A valid driving license with a clean record and at least 1 to 2 years of driving experience (personal driver/limo driver experience advantageous)
    • Excellent knowledge of the local road network and navigation skills
    • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with client
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation
    • Flexibility to work overtime if required (minimal OT)

  • Vehicle Driver

    Salary: $2,350 – $3,500 per month

    Job Description:

    · Transport workers to and from the work site as per the schedule

    · Collect items from suppliers/vendors and ensure timely delivery

    · Transport items/equipment according to assigned schedule

    · Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of the assigned vehicle

    · Adhere to local traffic regulations at all times

    · Report to the Transportation Coordinator

    · Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

    • Safely drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers on scheduled routes
    • Load and unload products and ensure timely delivery
    • Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
    • Inspect vehicles daily and report any maintenance issues
    • Follow traffic rules, safety regulations, and company SOPs
    • Assist in warehouse operations and other ad-hoc tasks as required

    Requirements:

    • Valid Class 3 / Class 4 driving license
    • Minimum 1 year of driving experience in delivery or logistics (preferred)
    • Knowledge of traffic rules and safe driving practices
    • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
