The Client
Adecco is partnering with one of APAC largest industrial vehicle rental provider in Singapore.

The Job

• Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation from meetings, events, and appointments.
• Plan optimal travel routes, considering traffic and timing to ensure punctuality.
• Assist with ad-hoc errands and logistics support when required

The Talent

• Hold a valid Class 3 License
• Good knowledge around Singapore roads
• Experience driving limousine will be an advantage

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $3,500 – $3,800 per month

• To chauffeur family members to school and office
• To run errands and other ah-hoc duties assigned when required
• To ensure that vehicle is well maintained and meet all safety requirements
• To clean vehicle on a regular basis
• 1-year contract, renewable

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• 6-day work week and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good work ethics, reliable and punctual
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to flexible and accommodating
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual Mandarin and English (in order to handle queries and concerns from Chinese and English speaking family members)

Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable and safe transportation for the Director to meetings, events, airports, and other personal or business-related destinations.
• Ensure the Director’s comfort, privacy, and security during all transportation.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or last-minute requests as needed.
• Plan the most efficient and timely routes to destinations, accounting for traffic, weather, and other factors.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times, including regular checks and servicing.
• Handle all vehicle-related matters, including fueling, washing, and maintenance coordination.
• Always maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive or private matters discussed in the vehicle.
• Monitor and manage the Director’s schedule, ensuring transportation is timely and aligned with any changes in itinerary.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with the Director, and other individuals as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A and vocational driving license.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area and navigation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and other high-profile individuals.
• Superior time management skills with a proactive attitude to anticipate needs and potential challenges.
• Ability to sit for long periods and drive for extended hours as required.
• Flexibility and reliability with an ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Job Type: Contract/Temp
Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month

Description:

• Transport executive staff, clients, or goods to designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
• Plan routes to optimize travel time and avoid delays.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
• Transport members to Malaysia for occasion company event.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3/3A License
•  At least 3 years of experience driving with no demerit point
• Familiar with the route planning in Singapore and Malaysia will be prioritized
• Willing to work OT on weekend as well as travel to Malaysia
• Proficient with the usage of navigation apps (Google Maps/ Waze)
• Singaporean Only

Salary: $3,550 – $4,200 per month

• Company van provided, drive it home after work
• Van rental, diesel, cashcard, maintenance fee at all covered by us
• CPF and AL + MC applicable
• Work nearer your house

• At least 2 years of driving license and experiences
