    Looking for drivers who are staying around Admiralty/ Sembawang/ Woodlands area as our shift starts around 5am or 6am (5.5 days work week)

    • Picking and packing of goods to internal and external customers
    • Ensure the goods are prepared and issued correctly on time and in good condition for delivery
    • Delivery of goods to internal and external customers
    • Ensure the goods arrive at customer place on time and in good condition
    • Upkeep and cleanliness of vehicle at all times
    • Escalate and report any issues and propose solutions to immediate superior
    • Perform any other duties as assigned

    Salary: $2,750 – $3,150 per month

    • Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license with relevant driving experience.
    • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
    • Must be fully committed to the job and its responsibilities.
    • Good knowledge of Singapore roads, routes, and landmarks.
    • Must be in good health for the role.
    • Punctual, responsible, and reliable with a strong sense of professionalism.
    • Expected to wear proper office attire while on duty.

    Navigation Skills: Proficiency in using navigation systems and apps to find optimal routes. Plan and follow the most efficient routes based on traffic conditions and client needs.

    Physical Stamina: Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.

    Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese.

    Regularly clean and maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Report any issues or required repairs promptly. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.

    A key sense of maturity in ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining the vehicle and adhering to traffic regulations.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Logistics Executive at Orion Concept.

    We are looking for an Event Logistics Driver to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, high-quality B2B events. This position involves managing our events’ logistical and operational aspects, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Event LogisticsDelivery and Setup end-to-end logistics for events, Including Setup and teardown of event items.
      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables + fulfilment
    • Receiving and Storage:Unloading, unpacking, and storing incoming event materials.
      Categorizing and organizing event materials within the warehouse. 
    • Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate records of all items in the warehouse, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure availability for events. 
    • Order Fulfillment:Picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment to event locations based on event requirements. 
    • Warehouse Operations:Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including proper storage of equipment, handling heavy items, and adhering to safety regulations. 
    • Coordination:Collaborating with event organizers, transportation teams, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of items to event sites. 
    • Problem Solving:Addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the storage, retrieval, or delivery of event materials.

    Required Skills:

    Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month

    Job Responsibilities

    • Safely operate heavy vehicles with a valid Class 4 license, including 14-foot or 24-foot lorries.
    • Transport products according to schedule and delivery deadlines.
    • Load, unload, and secure cargo in compliance with safety protocols.
    • Adhere to transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
    • Conduct vehicle inspections and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
    • Plan optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries.
