    Responsibilities

    • Safely transport passengers while ensuring a comfortable and secure journey
    • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations as mandated in Singapore
    • Operate and upkeep company vehicles with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and courteous service
    • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on a daily basis
    • Carry out minor vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to ensure optimal performance
    • Refuel vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
    • Monitor and report scheduled maintenance requirements; coordinate service appointments accordingly
    • Maintain accurate vehicle usage records, including month-end mileage logs
    • Prepare detailed reports in the event of accidents or incidents
    • Assist with non-driving duties as assigned by management

    • Valid Class 3 Driving License (Singapore)
    • Proficient in English to perform job-related duties such as communication and reporting

  • Personal Driver

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,600 – $3,200 per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely and punctually transport passengers and goods as needed.
    • Deliver documents to banks, suppliers, and government authorities on behalf of the Directors.
    • Support school drop-offs and extracurricular activities for the Directors’ children.
    • Facilitate airport pick-ups and official transportation for VIP visitors and guests.
    • Monitor car maintenance schedules, focusing on tyre condition and arranging minor repairs as required.
    • Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out.
    • Manage timely servicing and car wash scheduling.
    • Assist with errands and other ad-hoc assignments as directed.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years driver experience
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
    • Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking directors and visitors.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability.
    • Good knowledge of road safety practices and traffic regulations.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle occasional weekend assignments.

  • Drivers – Class 3/4

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,600 – $3,300 per month

    Responsibilities :

    • 5-day work week (Rotation on day off)
    • Open to overtime
    • Daily delivery service
    • Handle daily routes and milk runs
    • Adhoc airport collection/deliveries
    • Loading and unloading of goods
    • Ensuring proper endorsements and documentation is completed
    • Packing and handling of temperature-sensitive life science products
    • Gel pack and dry ice handling
    • Last mile, high-touch courier deliveries

    Requirements :

    • Valid Driving License Preferably Class 4
    • Salary commensurate with driving experience and shift flexibility
    • Familiarity with handling temperature-controlled life science products or AOG and aircraft products
    • Previous experience in a specialty courier high-touch delivery sector is a plus
    • Relevant 2+ years of driving experience
    • Familiar with Singapore roads
    • Ability to lift items of up to 20.0kgs or so / in accordance with body weight and in line with WSH
    • Ability to read, write, communicate and understand English
    • Hazardous Materials Transport Driver’s Permit & Forklift License, will be an added advantage

  • DELIVERY DRIVER

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,000 – $2,600 per month
