What you will deliver

• Perform quality customer service for all installation jobs
• Perform on-time delivery and be punctual for all delivery jobs
• Perform quantity and quality checks on items before loading
• Assist with loading and unloading of boxes
• Ensure cleanliness of customer location and delivery vehicle
• Perform furniture assembly and installation as per manufacturer instructions
• Assemble furniture accordance to safety standards
• Wall mounting and wall drilling will be required for select furniture
• To install home furniture together with your installation assistant (training will be catered)
• Any other duties as assigned by the superiors which will include different installation projects that the Company will be involved in

Who you are

• Must be able to carry heavy load (Up to 30KG load) as job is physically demanding
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
• Committed to their work and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Basic spoken languages to be able to communicate with different groups of clients/customers preferred
• Possess valid class 3 driver license (Can drive 14-foot truck) will be a bonus
• Able to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and Rotating Shifts / Off & Rest Days due to nature of the work
• Available to start work immediately

Salary: $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services for Director
• Ensure safe and punctual transport to the house, appointments, and other destinations
• Run errands and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Maintain vehicle in excellent condition, including cleaning, servicing, and safety checks

Requirements

• Driving license in Singapore
• Good years of experience as a personal or family driver
• Confident operating larger vehicles (e.g., 7-seaters)
• Willing to work flexible hours, as Director does not have fixed schedule of when he will be in Singapore. The candidate’s schedule should be flexible enough to fit Director’s schedule.
• English & Mandarin-speaking, as the chosen candidate is required to serve Managing Director from Hong Kong who speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods to predetermined restaurants on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading the vehicle and providing exceptional service to our internal guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Duties:

·      Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to the outlets on time and in good condition.

·      Plan delivery routes and schedules to optimize efficiency.

·      Ensure delivery documents (invoices, delivery orders) are accurately completed and signed.

·      Maintain professional customer interactions during deliveries.

·      Perform vehicle inspections and ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness.

Warehouse Duties:

 ·      Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.

·      Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

·      Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment (where applicable).

·      Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

·      Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory control.

·      Comply with health and safety regulations in the warehouse and during deliveries.

 REQUIREMENTS

 ·      Valid driver’s license (Class 3).

·      Clean driving record with a strong sense of responsibility.

·      Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 30 kg).

·      Prior experience in delivery or warehouse operations is preferred.

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Basic understanding of warehouse systems or inventory software is a plus.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime if required.
