  • Goods Delivery Driver

    Job type: Full time

    Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 per month

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    – Responsible for preparing, loading and unloading of goods.

    – Coordinate with delivery team on the deliveries.

    – Ensure proper updates and data entry into the inventory system.

    – Check on all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they are in good condition and correct quantity.

    – Abide to the warehouse system and safety.

    – Responsible for the housekeeping of the warehouse.

    – Conduct daily stock-count and monitor closely on expiry products.

    – Monitor and maintain records of stock movement using internal system.

    – Assist in delivery of ingredients, materials and equipment when required.

    – Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements:

    Minimum ITE graduates, Diploma in any field.

    At least 1 year of warehousing, delivering goods and/or logistics experience, preferably in similar industry. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Possess Class 3 or Class 4 driving license will be an added advantage.

    Comfortable handling heavy load of items.

    Willing to learn with a good working attitude.

    Ability to work independently, with little supervision and organized.

    Candidate without prior experience will be considered as on the job training will be provided.

    Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.

  • Prime Mover Driver

    Job Type: Full Time

    Salary: $2800 to $3000 

    Job Duties:

    • Reporting to traffic control team
    • Maintain radio communication always
    • Timely arrival for delivery of import cargoes
    • Timely arrival for collection of export cargoes
    • To check and confirm the documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
    • Endorsing of permits at customs checkpoint
    • Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
    • Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident
    • Check, tally and proper handling of cargoes
    • Proper handling of company assets and equipment
    • Report any cargo discrepancy during course of work
    • Adhere to safety requirements while on the job
    • Any other duties as per assigned by superior.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum primary school
    • Possess Class 4/5 license
    • Valid Singapore Driving License
    • Min 4 years experiences in similar field
    • Able to work alone and independently
    • Willing to work long hours

  • Vehicle driver

    Job type: Full time

    Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month

    Responsibilities

    • Follow daily assigned delivery jobs
    • Take on impromptu jobs as and when needed
    • Daily checking and filling up vehicle checklist and ensure vehicle is in good condition at all times
    • Practice safety and be responsible to other road users
    • Report any accident and incident

    Requirements:

    • Good conduct on road safety
    • Familiar with Singapore routes and location with at least 1 year of relevant experiences
    • Valid Class 4 Singapore Driver license required
    • Able to handle heavy load of goods
    • Physically fit to work

    Job description:

    • Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry commercial locations on time.
    • Plan and follow an efficient delivery route
    • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information, special instructions, and completed tasks.

    Salary: $1940 – $2910 per month

    Client Care Duties

    • Work closely with fellow care staff colleagues.
    • Assist in meals setup for clients and distribution of meals.
    • Assist clients and staffs during medical emergencies.
    • Observe confidentiality of information in relations to centre and the occupants.
    • Participate in individual care assignments of clients.
    • Proper documentation and safekeeping of centre records.
    • Adhere to audits and centre policies.
    • Provide cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centre/s when need arises.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Reporting Officer.
    • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living like feeding, showering, toileting, elimination and transfer of clients
    • Active involvement, design activities and assist to carry out individual care plans of clients assigned by the multi-disciplinary team.
    • Conduct suitable mass group activities, individual and small group activities as planned by clinicians or supervisor.
    • Assist with basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and clearing of body discharges, waste disposal, biohazard waste and sharps in accordance to guidelines.
    • Wash dishes, clear meals and maintain client cleanliness, clean tables, chairs and floor after every meal.

    Driver Duties

    • Perform facilities duties like simple maintenance and repairs.
    • Provide coverage for driving duties to transport clients with an escorting colleague to and from different destinations when main driver is not available.
    • Assist clients with transferring and ensure safety in transportation.
    • Assist Centre Manager in transportation planning.
    • Assist clients and family members into transportation matters and coordinate with team.
    • Establish vehicle maintenance/inspection schedules and ensure vehicle is well-maintained.
    • Complete and follows up on all administration matters related to vehicle timely for example renewal of road tax.
    • Assist to maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the premises and vehicles including tools when requires.
    • Perform other driving dispatch or ferrying duties when assigned.
    • Escort clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport.

    Qualifications

    • WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant certification in Healthcare will be advantageous
    • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
    • Possess a Vocational License.
    • Has experience in driving seniors and people with disabilities will be advantageous.
    • Reliable team member, possess positive work, good interpersonal skills and fit for driving.
    • Patience and likes working with people with disabilities/dementia as well as their families.
    • Willing to work staggered shifts according to Centre operating hours.

    • Assist in general office operations (25%)
