    Job Responsibilities 

    • Drive Class 3 or 4 vehicles lorry to transport goods to designated locations safely and within scheduled timelines.

    • Assist in loading and unloading of goods

    Responsibilities:

    • Driving and Vehicle Maintenance:
      • Safely and punctually transport the employer and family members to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
      • Maintain the cleanliness and good working order of the assigned vehicle(s), including regular cleaning, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring timely repairs.
      • Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel consumption.
      • Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
    • Personal Assistance:
      • Run errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off, and other personal tasks as required.
    • Administrative Support:
      • Assist with basic bookkeeping on all car expenses.
      • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
    • Confidentiality and Discretion:
      • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.

    Qualifications:

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Safely operate company vehicles to transport parcels and packages to various destinations.
    • Ensure punctual and efficient deliveries to meet service expectations.
    • Load and unload goods with care to prevent damage during transit.
    • Accurately maintain delivery records, logs, and relevant documentation.
    • Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Valid Singapore driver’s licence (Class 3/Class 4).
    • Able to lift and handle parcels of various sizes and weights. (Up to 30kg, with support)
    • Familiarity with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and local delivery protocols.

  • Vehicle Driver

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $3,500 – $4,250 per month

    What you’ll be doing

    • Set up, calibrate and maintain PEMS hardware and software
    • Conduct driving-based emissions tests across vehicle types
    • Collect, monitor and log emissions data accurately
    • Support day-to-day test execution and basic troubleshooting
    • Assist with equipment upkeep and inventory control

    What we’re looking for

    • Valid Singapore driving licence (HGV or bus licence preferred but not essential)
    • Strong, safety-focused driving ability
    • Good command of English (spoken and written)
    • Reliable, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player

    What we offer

    • Base salary: SGD 3,500–4,250 per month (≈ £2,000–£2,425)
    • Overtime: Paid at 1.5× hourly rate for hours beyond 8 hrs/day or 44 hrs/week (capped at 72 hrs/month)
    • Rest-day & public holiday pay: In line with Singapore Employment Act provisions
    • Annual leave & public holidays: 7 days’ annual leave + 11 gazetted holidays
    • Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30 (occasional weekend tests/overtime)
    • Contracted via EOR: Payroll, CPF, tax and statutory compliance handled by our Singapore partner
    • Term: 12-month fixed-term contract, with high likelihood of a 6-month extension

  • Class 3 Delivery Driver

    Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month

    Qualifications & experience

    • At least 1-2 years of warehousing experience
    • Class 3 Driving License is required
    • Physically able to work in a warehouse environment
    • Able to handle heavy load and cargo
    • Basic proficiency (able to read and understand) in English
    • Forklift license is a bonus

    Tasks & responsibilities

    • Delivery of goods to customers
    • Daily warehouse operations (E.g. packing, loading & unloading of goods)
    • Assist in stocktaking and organise goods in an orderly manner
    • Assist in mapping delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries
    • Follow all company policies and procedures
    • Ensure all LTA regulations are observed

    Responsibilities

    • To shift vehicles in and out of workshop for repair and services after registration at counter
    • To send vehicle to LTA inspection
    • To arrange and park vehicle properly and orderly in docking area
    • To conduct road test for vehicle as required
    • To assist in handling/taking over of courtesy vehicle
    • To assist in checking courtesy vehicle status
    • To assist in collection and sending vehicles outside workshop
    • To ensure docking area tidiness and cleanliness
    • To assist Service Department with ad hoc trips such as collection of payment/spares
    • To assist in washing/cleaning of Service Department courtesy vehicle

    Requirements

    • Singaporeans only
    • Valid Class 3 & 4 Driving License
    • Clean driving record with at least 1 year of experience driving commercial vehicles
    • Strong navigation and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
