    About the role

    HS GROUP is seeking experienced Class 3/3A Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our eCommerce Delivery Team. This full-time position will involve the reliable and timely delivery of eCommerce parcels throughout different parts of Singapore. As an integral part of our logistics operations, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the success of our business.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Safely operate a Diesel Van or Electric Van to deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
    • Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner according to established routes and schedules
    • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including proof of Delivery
    • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with recipients
    • Adhere to all relevant health, road safety and compliance regulations
    • Report any issues or discrepancies to the logistics team

    What we’re looking for

    • Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license with a clean driving record of at least 5 years
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar parcel delivery role
    • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle packages of various sizes and weights
    • Familiarity with the local routes and strong navigational skills
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

  • Class 3 Driver cum Storeman

    Salary: $2,500 – $3,000

    Responsibilities:

    Driving Duties

    • Perform daily deliveries.
    • Ensure proper handling and transportation of items.
    • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicle

    Storekeeping Duties

    • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels.
    • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and admin teams as needed.

  • Full-Time Driver

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate company vehicles (e.g., van, light truck) in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
    • Transport promotional materials, displays, equipment, and other goods to and from event venues, retail locations, and storage facilities
    • Load and unload vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage
    • Assist with the packing and unpacking of promotional kits, marketing collateral, and event supplies
    • Verify an accuracy of items being transported against delivery notes or event schedules
    • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries and pick-ups
    • Perform routine vehicle inspections (e.g., checking fluids, tires, lights) and report any maintenance needs or issues promptly
    • Maintain accurate logs of driving activities, mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries
    • Assist with the basic setup and dismantling of promotional displays and event equipment at various locations.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle and any storage areas used
    • Communicate effectively with the promotions/events team regarding schedules, delays, and any on-site issues.
    • Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
    • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, venue staff, and team members.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as dictated by event scheduled

    Job Requirement:

    • Class 3 Manual License
    • Proven experience as a delivery driver, logistics driver, or similar role
    • Valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class (Class 3 & above) and a clean driving record
    • Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
    • Ability to LIFT and move heavy objects (e.g., boxes, equipment) regularly
    • Experience or willingness to LEARN basic packing techniques for fragile and miscellaneous items
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to WORK independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • A proactive and problem-solving attitude
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
    • Previous experience in events, promotions, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus
    • Basic understanding of event setup is an advantage

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to track and monitor customer vehicle arrivals.
    • Welcome customers, inspect vehicles for damages, and guide them to Service Advisors when needed.
    • Prepare vehicles with protective floor mats, seat covers, and steering wheel protection.
    • Assist in moving vehicles between the Service Reception, parking lot, workshop, and DDB (Dialogue Bay).
