Personal Assistant (Driver and Dispatch Support)

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Personal Driver to the CEO, CEO’s Family, Staff and Guest.

2) Ensure that the car is well maintained, clean and meet all safety requirements.

3) To assist in office errands (including but not limited to documents, pick up cheques etc) as and when required.

4) When not engaged, assist to perform dispatch work.

Job Requirements

1) Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School and above, in any field.

2) Good verbal and written command of English.

3) At least 2 years (2) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4) Candidate must be punctual, discipline, matured, honest, good health, good eyesight, good attendance records, and non-smoker.

5) Must possess a valid motor license and car driving license with good track record.

6) Own motorbike/mode of transport and hand-phone.

7) Must be willing to work overtime including weekends and public holiday, if required.

8) Familiar with Singapore’s roads, has a good sense of direction and knowledge of using Waze/Google Maps.

9) Ensure that safe driving practices observing the road, traffic laws & regulations of Singapore.

10) Already owns a driving license in Singapore 3/3A.

11) Satisfactory driving records.

Delivery Driver (Class 3)

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Timing: Mon – Fri (7.30am – 5pm), Sat (7.30am – 1pm)

[Inclusive of 1 hr lunch and 30 mins tea breaks (2 x 15 mins)]

Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 + OT & Meal Allowances

Location: Woodlands Industrial Park

Industry: Oil and Natural Gas

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
• Verify order contents and check for any discrepancies before departure.
• Load and unload goods in a safe and organized manner.
• Ensure goods are delivered in proper condition and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 Driving License with Class 4/5 is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items. (20 kg)
• Forklift license preferred.

Job description

Petrol Card: Covered up to $700.

Basic Salary: $1,900 per month (excluding incentives). With incentives, drivers can earn up to $4,000 per month.

Mondays – Sunday: 10:00AM to 8:00PM (5 days per week)

Contract Duration: 1-year contract (convertible based on performance).

Job Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods
• Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery
• Compliance to internal standard operating procedures during delivery
• Reporting to immediate reporting manager when encountering problems in day-to-day operations

Job requirements:
• Hold a Class 3 or 3A License, with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Able to speak and write in basic English
• Ability to be flexible in working due to business requirements
• Vehicle can be driven home.

(Van will be provided and can be driven home)

Clustered area of deliveries

99% of the parcel are hand carry and weigh less than 3 kgs

Working days – Monday to Saturday

830am – 630pm

Able to start immediately

• Finish early can go back
• Will required to come back warehouse to return failed deliveries
• Friendly and helpful working environment
• No CPF contributions
• Position available only for Locals
• Smartphone needed as required to download app for the role
• You will undergo an online course
• OJT will be provided
• Overtime can be arranged 630pm – 9pm

Procedures

Daily 2 waves of collections at warehouse

1st wave – Collection from 745am – 900am

2nd wave – Collection from 1230pm – 2pm

There will be ample time to rest in between each delivery slots
