Personal Chauffeur cum Jewelry Dispatch Driver

SGD: 2,800 – 3,500

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Chauffeur Duties (20%)

• Provide chauffeur services to top management executives as required.
• Ensure safe, smooth, and punctual transportation to meetings, events, and other engagements.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.) and arrange for servicing when necessary.
• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time, adapting to traffic conditions.
• Assist executives with loading and unloading of luggage or documents as needed.
• Remain on standby and available for requests as per management’s requirements.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safety and conduct.

Jewellery Dispatch & Logistics Duties (80%)

• Safely transport jewellery, documents, and other valuable items between stores, suppliers, and corporate offices.
• Ensure timely deliveries and collections while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance reports.
• Assist in valuation department tasks, including packing and loading/unloading of goods.
• Coordinate deliveries and dispatch schedules with store managers and operations staff.
• Report any vehicle issues, security concerns, or delays to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle invoices and receipts properly for record-keeping purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or delivery driver, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with city routes, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
• Experience handling valuable or sensitive items is an advantage.
• Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Additional Requirements:

• Background check and reference verification will be conducted.
• Previous experience driving VIPs, senior executives, or handling high-value logistics is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
