Job Type: Full time
Salary: $5,500 – $8,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely transport Senior Management and family members to and from office, meetings, events, airports, and other engagements.
- Monitor traffic conditions to ensure the most efficient routes are taken.
- Provide door-to-door service with attention to professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with loading/unloading items, handling luggage, or running personal errands as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business, travel, and personal matters.
- Keep logs of vehicle mileage, fuel use, maintenance, and expenses.
- Ensure vehicles are fueled, serviced, and inspected regularly to maintain roadworthiness.
- Stay up to date with local driving laws and parking regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably for C-level executives or VIPs.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore’s roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain discretion.
- Must be able to assist with luggage or mobility assistance if required.
- Punctual, dependable, and proactive in time management.
- English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
