About the role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this full-time Personal Driver / Chauffeur role at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd’ is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driver to provide executive-level transportation services in Singapore.

What you’ll be doing

1. Provide safe, reliable, and timely chauffeuring for the employer, family members, and guests.
2. Ensure smooth point-to-point transfers, adhering to traffic rules and safe-driving practices at all times.
3. Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil level, water, tire pressure, lights, etc.).
4. Ensure vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
5. Schedule regular servicing and attend to any repair needs promptly.
6. Assist with luggage handling, delivery of packages, and running errands as assigned.
7. Support the family with daily logistical needs as required.
8. Prioritize the safety of passengers, belongings, and the vehicle.
9. Stay alert and aware of surroundings, especially when traveling with the family.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer, family, conversations, schedules, and personal matters.
11. Exercise discretion and professionalism at all times.
12. Must be able to travel overseas with the employer and family.
13. Required to drive in countries such as the USA, Japan, New Zealand, and others when needed.
14. The family enjoys hiking — the driver must be able to accompany and support them during such activities.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a personal driver or chauffeur for private families or executives.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and strong safety awareness.
• Familiar with city routes, traffic laws, and proficient in using GPS/navigation systems.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
