Technician Cum Driver

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,800 – $3,900 per month

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in refrigeration or HVAC is preferred. Candidates must possess N Level or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience servicing and repairing industrial refrigeration systems is required.
Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, components, and best practices.
Industrial refrigeration skills.
Electrical skills.
3A driver license.
Language Skills: Basic language and writing skills in English and Chinese.
Additional Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Service Industrial Refrigeration Systems: Perform routine maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.

Repair and Install Industrial Refrigeration Systems: Address any issues with existing systems and install new refrigeration systems as needed.

Respond to Ad-hoc Complaints: Efficiently attend to and resolve unexpected issues reported by customers.

Coordinate with Team Members: Communicate effectively with Coordinators, Supervisors, and Engineers regarding complaints and scheduled work orders.

Collect Payments: Handle the collection of payments for all Cash on Delivery (COD) and Work Orders (WO).

Advise Customers: Provide expert advice to customers on service contracts, necessary repairs, and system replacements.

Maintain Company Vehicle: Take responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the company van/lorry.

Drive Company Vehicle: Operate the company van/lorry to transport equipment and materials to various job sites.

Additional Tasks: Complete other duties as assigned by management.
