Traffic Controller

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $3,600 – $3,800 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and assign jobs to prime mover drivers via PSA Haulier Community System
• Ensure smooth and timely distribution of cargoes to and from yards, warehouses, and consigned destinations
• Track job progress in real-time using Matrix Net GPS Tracking System
• Handle driver feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Ensure proper cargo handling and accurate documentation by drivers
• Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for seamless execution
• Process documentation via PSA Portnet System and make depot bookings through CDAS CMS
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards
• Meet Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and objectives

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of relevant experience in logistics traffic control
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with drivers and external stakeholders
• Familiar with PSA Portnet and Haulier Community System preferred
• Knowledge of Singapore roads and transport network
