Vehicle Driver

Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to track and monitor customer vehicle arrivals.
• Welcome customers, inspect vehicles for damages, and guide them to Service Advisors when needed.
• Prepare vehicles with protective floor mats, seat covers, and steering wheel protection.
• Assist in moving vehicles between the Service Reception, parking lot, workshop, and DDB (Dialogue Bay).
• Prepare courtesy cars, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, damage checks, and proper documentation.
• Handle the return of courtesy cars by inspecting for damages, fuel usage, and managing key returns.
• Facilitate vehicle pick-up/delivery processes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for pick-up at the end of the service process.
• Support the delivery of customer delights arranged by Service Advisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting vehicles and handling documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred.
