Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to track and monitor customer vehicle arrivals.
- Welcome customers, inspect vehicles for damages, and guide them to Service Advisors when needed.
- Prepare vehicles with protective floor mats, seat covers, and steering wheel protection.
- Assist in moving vehicles between the Service Reception, parking lot, workshop, and DDB (Dialogue Bay).
- Prepare courtesy cars, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, damage checks, and proper documentation.
- Handle the return of courtesy cars by inspecting for damages, fuel usage, and managing key returns.
- Facilitate vehicle pick-up/delivery processes with proper documentation and approvals.
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for pick-up at the end of the service process.
- Support the delivery of customer delights arranged by Service Advisors.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting vehicles and handling documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred.
