Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting parcels, goods, or documents between business locations, warehouses, and customers. The role involves route planning, time management, and ensuring safe delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages or goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Load, unload, and organize cargo efficiently
- Plan daily routes to optimize fuel and time usage
- Ensure all items are delivered in good condition
- Obtain proof of delivery and handle basic delivery documentation
- Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure it is maintained and clean
- Follow company safety protocols and traffic laws
Requirements:
- Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license
- Experience in delivery or logistics preferred
- Familiarity with GPS and Singapore road networks
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy packages (if needed)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines
