Warehouse Driver

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 per month

1. Conduct deliveries to forwarders warehouses, customers’ warehouses, Ports & Terminals 
2. Valve inspections & deliveries at Shipyards,
3. Maintenance of the Lorry
4. Suitable candidates should hold a valid driving license for Class 3  (Mandatory) . In case of Malaysian driving license , Singapore permit required. 
5. Preparing the sales orders received from the office,
6. Ensuring that documentation is well prepared and is either attached to the shipment or forwarded to the client via email,
7. Preparing delivery notes, Commercial Invoice & Packing Lists,
8. Following up the delivery status,
9. Collecting PODs from forwarders / boat lightering companies,
10. Ensuring to have proper packing for each and every delivery order,
11. Helping order packing & loadings,
12. Checking the prepared orders by the warehouse people and ensure to pack correct items,
13. Sending & collecting workshop items, making sure to pass correct job orders to the workshop and Check if the ordered job is completed correctly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
